Work From Home Set-Up Can Help You Retain Your Staff

According to a new report by Regus, studies and surveys revealed that almost 16 percent of workers have thought about resigning from their current jobs due to the long hours they take when commuting. The study also stated that the figure rises to 33 percent when the commuting time takes longer than an hour.

The regional vice president of Regus believes that many companies can be able to retain their staff by giving way to such flexible yet possible changes. If the company can’t control the traffic, they can certainly be in control of where everyone would work and how.

In these times of higher rates of uncertainty and continuous economic recession, such new creative working models like work from home can really help numerous companies to survive. This Regus report included more than 11,000 companies around 13 countries in their study.
